1 General Terms

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on b777bt are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. In the event of a dispute between the platform's stated rules and a member's interpretation of those rules, b777bt's published rules shall take precedence. The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only considered accepted once b777bt has confirmed acceptance and issued a bet reference number. Bets placed during a system error, network interruption, or at odds that are clearly erroneous will be voided at b777bt's discretion.

• Error in Odds: Where odds are published in error (including, without limitation, due to a data feed fault, a human error, or a technical malfunction), b777bt reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds and to return stakes to the affected members' accounts.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

b777bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documents within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity conducted through the account.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Use of automated software, bots, or exploit tools on the platform.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated against b777bt without prior written notice and a reasonable resolution period.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards b777bt staff or other members.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, b777bt reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that funds were obtained through fraudulent or prohibited activity, those funds will be forfeited. Legitimate balances accumulated through fair play prior to the breach will be returned via the member's verified payment method.

Upon receiving a closure request, b777bt will process any pending legitimate withdrawal and close the account within five business days. 8 Limitation of Liability

b777bt provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary service interruptions, during which b777bt will make reasonable efforts to notify members in advance where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b777bt's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. b777bt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

b777bt is not responsible for any losses arising from:

• Internet connectivity failures, mobile network outages, or device malfunctions on the member's side.

• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's failure to maintain reasonable security of their login credentials.
